All payments are processed securely with 256-bit SSL encryption. Your financial information is never stored on our servers.

Currency

All prices are displayed and charged in US dollars (USD). If your bank uses a different currency, a small conversion fee may apply from your financial institution.

Payment processing

Your card is charged at the time of purchase. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after completing your order. If you don't receive it within 30 minutes, check your spam folder or contact us at info@turbonetpro.com.

Security

Your security is our priority. All transactions are protected by:

We will never ask for payment information by email, phone, or social media.

Pre-authorizations and temporary charges

In some cases, your bank may show a pre-authorization or temporary hold before the final payment is processed. This hold disappears automatically within 3 to 5 business days. You will not be charged twice.

Payment issues

If your payment is declined, we recommend:

  2. Making sure you have sufficient funds
